Bring a taste of A World in a Pan home and prolong your culinary experience with our delicious home made preserves, the ideal treat to start your day, accompanied by a crusty baguette or a healthy whole wheat bread.
Home made in the south-west of France where the sun caresses the orchards of ripe plums, juicy peaches, and mouth watering grapes, our preserves are slowly cooked by Laura and Marie Francoise in her adoptive kitchen at the Chateau at Gontaud, near Bordeaux.
Additional treats to come are a variety of worldly spices such as Sichuan pepper that can liven up any dish or Espelette pepper, which will also easily enhance flavors, bringing a Basque taste to your imaginative tarts and stews. And exotic chutneys to dress up any meat!

Apricot/apricot kernels/lavender

Be straighforward: with a spoon out of the pot

Easy as ABC: with crepes or on your morning tartine

Be healthy: With plain yogurt or cream cheese

Be daring: As a glaze in a pork roast (see recipe)
