	In which language are the classes taught?
	Classes are taught in English.

	Do I need to know the basics to attend a class?
	Absolutely not! Classes are adapted to suit the group's level of culinary knowledge!

	What do I need to bring?
	Nothing but your enthusiasm!

	What do you mean by "small groups"?
	Typically, groups are of around 6 participants, and up to ten when larger kitchens allow.

	Can I book a class without a tour if I have only a couple of hours free?
	Yes, you're welcome to come and join only for the cooking class and meal (three hours). Specify when booking.

	How much are the classes?

	Can I pay by credit card?
	Yes, you can use PayPal, account Neuforce@yahoo.com to pay for the tour you have chosen.

	Do you accept checks?
	Yes, we do accept checks in US dollars or Euros.

	Do you organize private classes?
	Yes, we do. Call us to check availability and fees.

	Once a month we organize a day out with friends, can we book?
	Yes, whether it's you "Girls out day", or "All boys evening", you can book the the whole session just for you and friends.

	What is your cancellation policy?
	You're requested to pay 50% when you do your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
