Fond of cooking and especially pastry as far as I can remember, watching my mother and grand-mothers prepare incredible meals, my early cravings grew stronger as I travelled through Europe, Asia and America.
As a French, cooking always took a large place in my family, some of my forefathers being even chefs, I know that this passion for cooking flows in my veins...
I have mostly been an autodidact except for a stage or two at Le Cordon Bleu and l’Atelier Ducasse. More recently I had the great opportunity to meet and cook on TV with two incredible French chefs: Christophe Michalak, world champion of pastry, currently working at the Plaza Athénée in Paris and Jonathan Blot, a very creative French pastry chef also known as the "macaroon magician".
Today I am welcoming you home to share my passion and knowledge of cooking in the World Capital of Gastronomy.
